Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing Coaching Solutions . These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our representative payee services and your responsibilities as a client. By enrolling in our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Description of Services

As a representative payee, we are authorized by the Social Security Administration (SSA) to receive and manage government benefits on behalf of individuals who are unable to do so themselves. Our services may include:

  • Receiving and managing Social Security or SSI payments

  • Paying rent, utilities, and other living expenses

  • Budgeting for food, clothing, and personal needs

  • Maintaining records of income and expenses

  • Providing financial reports to the SSA as required

2. Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals who have been officially appointed by the SSA to have a representative payee. We serve:

  • Seniors

  • Adults with disabilities

  • Veterans

  • Individuals receiving SSI, SSDI, or other government benefits

3. Client Responsibilities

You (or your legal guardian) agree to:

  • Provide complete and accurate personal, financial, and medical information

  • Notify us immediately of changes in income, housing, employment, or health status

  • Use funds disbursed to you only for approved expenses

  • Cooperate with periodic reviews and documentation requests

4. Fees

Our services may be subject to a monthly fee as approved by the SSA. If applicable, the fee will be deducted from your monthly benefit payment and is in compliance with federal guidelines. No additional or hidden charges will be applied.

5. Confidentiality and Privacy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. All client data is kept secure and confidential in accordance with federal and state laws. Information may only be shared with third parties as required by law or with your written consent.

6. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Termination will also occur if:

  • You are no longer eligible to receive SSA benefits

  • The SSA appoints a new representative payee

  • We determine we can no longer effectively manage your financial needs

All account records will be turned over to the SSA or the new payee as required.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Delays in benefit payments not caused by our negligence

  • Financial losses resulting from inaccurate information provided by you

  • Unauthorized expenditures made by the client outside of disbursed funds

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your state.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
